Sundune Village, at Milepost 9 in Kill Devil Hills, is just one short block to the Martin St. beach access. This is a perfect location for your Outer Banks vacation. Located just minutes from all the shops, restaurants and attractions you look forward to each year, you can be there in minutes. And you'll be at the beach in less than that. How much better can it get?

Sundune Village condominiums are perfect for friends or couples traveling together. Ocean Fix is large enough to be spacious while retaining a comfortable and intimate feel. This vacation property has 2 bedrooms, one Queen En Suite and one room with 2 Twin over Twin bunks, each with a full bath. The great room features plenty of comfortable seating and a flat screen TV for your favorite shows or a movie. A lovely slider to the patio can provide a moment of solitude or a perhaps the setting for a glass of wine shared between friends. The dining area has a comfortable table and 4 chairs. The kitchen with lovely wood floors is fully equipped and has a lovely breakfast bar with seating for 2.

The Sundune Village community offers resort-style vacationing with a lovely inground pool, sun loungers and picnic area with park-style grills and tables.

This property has 2 parking spots for guests.

**Private outdoor community pools and/or waterpark play areas are available, weather permitting, beginning on Memorial Day and close after Labor Day. Please know that pool operating dates are subject to change at any point, for any reason.**

Very nice condo
The condo has everywhere needed. Comfortable beds. All the pots and pans you could need in the kitchen. Short 5 minute walk to the beach and several restaurants. Nice pool area. Very pleased with our stay. Great location.

Great location, but, lack of quality control (cleanliness - found woman’s dirty underwear on bedroom floor, bathroom water issues unresolved, LR carpet not vacuumed from previous renter). Maintenance person arrived same day but all issues remained open.

Great location and condo! Minor maintenance issues.
We loved the location and decor and amenities at this property. Just a few minor hiccups with cleanliness of the unit and maintenance issues. The ice maker quit upon arrival, the air/furnace filter was in need of a change as we suffer from allergies and filter was obviously in need of the change. The Halle bathtub drain was clogged and my 11 year old tried to troubleshoot the issue, lol, and she told me about it and it was so full of hair, it did not appear to be a drain pipe present, One visit from a “waterbug” or roach as I see it that snuck under the entry door. The entry door lacks a deadbolt and has too much gap/play which may facilitate unwanted visitors bugs or otherwise. Floors appeared clean but I always take a paper towel and wipe at the base of the toilets and was surprised at the black and “other” color that came up on the paper towel. That being said, Kees management addressed the furnace and drain issue right away. They are extremely courteous and professional. Great to deal with. I do believe it was a one off or situation that their cleaning/changeover company was not doing the full cleaning detail that one should expect. Also I did a touch up vacuuming mid-stay to get some sand we dragged in and the poor vacuum was so full of debris It was not very effective until I dumped it. There was no kitchen trash bag I. The can and when I moved the van to add our trash bag there were crumbs and peanuts behind the can. We do not eat peanuts. Lack of quality cleaning crew in my opinion and no fault of Kees Property management. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and the condo facility was great and location was perfect for us. I would just advise Kees to audit their cleaning company more.
