COCONUT Adorable cottage in Old Town

The 'Coconut' as it's so lovingly referred to is the perfect Pied A Terre for your vacation in the Florida Keys. Open living area with great front and back porches. There is a loft bedroom that has a queen bed and the living-room has a queen Murphy bed. Built in late 1800's it's steeping with history and charm. Sun filled living room opens to both the side and rear patios and creates a relaxed and tropical atmosphere. The Perfect OLD TOWN location, walking distance to the Ft. Zach Beach, Light House and Duval so you won't need a car! This is a monthly rental only... Hurry you don't want to miss out!!! *Pets may be considered*

Key West Winter Escape

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My husband and I spent the month of February at the adorable Coconut cottage. The location was great and we spent most days out and about exploring the area. Moondog and the Boat House were two of our favorite restaurants. We also enjoyed sitting out on the front porch. Only suggestion would be working outdoor lights. We did have issues with the TV and internet connection, but Marissa arrived promptly to help us out!! We hope to return again to Key West and this cozy little cottage!

The Perfect Key West Escape

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Had a wonderful experience at this home for the month of November. The location is spot on (neighbors with Mr. Hemingway!) and I could walk to everywhere I needed/wanted to go. Moondog Cafe is right down the block for great baked goods and breakfast, and of course, all the other great restaurants Key West has to offer are only a few minutes away on foot. Since we are in a pandemic, I spent much more time in the property than I might normally have in other times, and was perfectly comfortable. The property was spotless when I arrived and my mid-stay clean was also great. The property was also very well stocked with kitchen supplies, beach towels, and bathroom necessities. This was the total "living in Key West" experience and I couldn't have asked for a better spot - I think I'll definitely be back!My only complaint is the lock box situation - the location is nearly impossible to get to (Think: full-on contortionist act) and I arrived at night. There were no lights around it so it took me about 45 minutes to get the thing open in the pitch black - at one point I even had to call the property company at 10:30 pm for help. I think moving that to someplace more accessible and well-lit will save future guests a lot of hassle (and late night phone calls to management). Other than that one snafu, I had a truly perfect time!

The bedroom in the mezzanine is not safe and very small No chairs inside and table for eating inside if the weather is bad (rainning) The hammack on the picture was not there.
