"This property is in a great location near the beach, but the stay here had many drawbacks. The overwhelmingly smell of mildew and tobacco caused my sister and I to have to air the property out before we could sleep there at night. The property manager responded promptly with room freshener - but the smell lingered on. This is a room on the first floor back of the building apartment with no outdoor space - so the balcony shown in the photos belongs to another room. Note that it is one room only....
