"Large, well appointed facility with easy access to New Orleans International Airport by the hotel shuttle. Excellent hotel choice if one has an early departure."
"A nice clean property, restaurants close by, exercise room, swimming pool, laundry area, vending machines . Peaceful wnd quiet! Staff was very nice and helpful.. Furniture gently worn but clean. Bed was comfortable. I enjoyed my stay. No pesky bugs."
"I enjoyed the location, very easy access to airport and highways. Staff were kind and helpful. The place overall looks nice. That was my second stay there and I keep coming back for the cookies.. lol. A few things I don’t like which are my preferences.. There were stains on the bottom bed frame, garbages had no garbage bags, bathrooms are small and could use some updating. I was able to see dirt in the corners of the bathroom. The lightning is not good for anyone wanting to do make. This stay,...

"We stayed here during a water outage across the whole parish. But this hotel tried everything in their power to keep guest calm and safe. I love how every room comes with a kitchen automatically. I have absolutely no complaints. By far one of the best places we have stayed. Everyone was so nice. The hospitality was so amazing, the airport was with in minutes away, everything was so perfect here and during our trip. "

"The staff was great! "

"I want to share this review because after reading many of the reviews here I almost did not book this hotel and I have to say that I’m very glad I did. I think if you are an extremely picky person and everything has to be perfect then I have a feeling you may not like this property or a lot of the properties you stay at. But for folks that are looking for a pretty hotel, close to literally EVERYTHING, Bourbon is a less than a minute walk, but don’t worry, you don’t hear anything in your room. There are great restaurants right on the street, shopping, nightlife, the cable cars are right in front so you can hop on if you don’t want to walk. The room was clean and very spacious and the beds were very comfortable, minus one pillow that was a little tough. The shower pressure was amazing. The staff complied with all of our requests in a timely manner. The only thing I didn’t like was the breakfast buffet-that sucked, and the coffee was horrible, and it’s $24, which for what it is, totally not worth it. However, the restaurant did say that they share the property but don’t belong to the hotel. So, I guess in general, the hotel to me was excellent. I would definitely stay there again. Oh, and I like that at night they ask for your room key before you are let in to the hotel and this provides an added layer of security which we appreciated. "
