"Fantastic stay, but AC charge was a head-scratcher The vacation condo rental was wonderful in almost every way. The location was perfect, offering stunning views and easy access to local attractions. The unit was spotless and beautifully decorated, providing a comfortable feeling upon arrival. The kitchen was well-stocked, and the beds were comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. However, an extra charge for using the air conditioning was a surprise. While utility costs can be high, it felt like a hidden fee, even though it was mentioned in the listing. Most rentals include air conditioning in the overall price. It is a key part of ensuring comfort, particularly during hot months, and can significantly impact the guest experience. It is hoped that future guests won't encounter this additional cost. Despite this, the condo was exceptional, and it is highly recommended for a comfortable stay. "

"FABULOUS!! I cannot say enough about this rental. The views were gorgeous especially the sunsets. The condo was well equipped with everything you need. We did not want for anything. Beach was a one minute walk and we pretty much had it to ourselves everyday. Hosts were awesome and replied quickly to any questions we had. Shopping plaza nearby with anything you could need available. Also close to town with shops and restaurants and only 20 minutes from the airport. We were able to pretty much explore the entire island on day trips. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this property. "

"This property was beautifully landscaped and wonderfully appointed. They included beach chairs, snorkel equipment, water shoes, tennis equipment, boogie boards, sand toys, etc. It was great! The only thing I could have asked was for six beach towels instead of four, as we had six in our family. But it wasn't a huge deal. The kitchen was well-appointed, too. And the view was stunning. The balcony was huge. The vaulted ceilings were lovely. We really felt like island royalty! Definitely would love to return. "

"My family had a wonderful stay here. The view was amazing, the pool was huge and the space was perfect for our needs. The main space is not air conditioned and it did get pretty warm during the day but it didn't really didn't have a big impact on my family. The bedrooms have ac. The boathouse was an awesome apartment for my grandson. The kitchen was well equipped and the grill was adequate."

"Great size house for our family (Myself, spouse and three adult kids 18, 20, and 25). Owner was easy to communicate with and accommodating. Place was spotless and very roomy. Place had all the amenities for beach days (chairs, boogie boards, and umbrella). It was perfectly located for all our adventures (Manta Ray boat trip, Dolphin snorkeling trip and visit to the erupting Volcano National Park). "

"Everything you need to feel at home, plus more! Close to groceries and restaurants but at the same time private and quiet. Pool was never crowded and perfect temperature. Parking was super convenient, just a few steps from the door. Comfortable living room furniture, and everyone slept great in their beds. Highly recommend, would definitely stay here again!"
