Also, in the four other hotels we stayed in in Thailand. There was a selection of English-speaking TV channels which were missing at this hotel. Both issues were raised with the front desk. "At night time, the swimming pool and walk ways were lit up with small flashing specks of light. Very fantasy like especially when swimming in the swimming pool at night. Did not see any kids so it was peaceful and staff very friendly. Only disappointment was we did not get free upgrade with the VIP access. Hotel also provides free shuttle to and from Kata Beach every hour in the day time."

"We were a family of four with 2 ocean rooms next to each other and had a great stay here. The rooms were large with a huge bed which could be split to make twin beds. A little on the hard side but they put a thin quilt on top to make it softer from the second day.
