Hotel is OK. The room was clean. Beds are very hard. Stayed at a standard room w king bed which is 2 beds put together. The hotel is outdated. It’s definitely family friendly. Kids everywhere even in the pool bar area. Kids jumping and splashing everywhere. Food is average. Do not order a Caesar salad unless you want it with a fried egg. Not the best hotel , not the worst. You have to cross the street to go to the beach. Then you have to pay extra for umbrellas and chair. Ok hotel for a short stay. 1-2 days max. The hotels are better in Kata Beach or Kata noi. Phuket is very busy. If you can, stay at Phe Phe Island. This was my first time going to Thailand. Next time I will stay there. Thailand is a beautiful and people are very warm and welcoming.

This beautiful peaceful gem has an amazing view, best family swimming pool/slides ever, walk to beach. The location is tucked in behind a street that makes you feel like you're hotel is only one on island. Staff are amazing food was pretty good especially poolside bar. This is best beach resort I've ever stayed at 10/10 perfect

까론비치에 어울리는 아름다운 리조트 였지만
까론 비치 바로 앞에 위치하여 비치 접근성이 만족스럽고, 오랜 시간이 지난 만큼 세월의 흐름의 느낌이 좋은 정원을 가지고 있는 리조트. 1) 우선 시설내 직원들은 대부분 친절하지만 일부 그렇지 못하고 비 숙련되어 능숙하지 못한 업무 태도를 가진 스탭들이있어 그리 유쾌하지 못한 기억부터 남는다. (저녘에 식당 이용시) 2) 우리가 머무는 동안 리조트 본관(?) 별관(?) 까지 이용객의 배치될 정도였으나 리조트내 조식당은 1개소만 운영 중으로 거의 아침 마다 자리를 기다려야 하는 상황이다. 아울러 이해가 되지 않던 부분은 예약시 조식 이용에 대한 옵션을 나열하고 필요시 조식 비용을 포함한 금액으로 예약을 할 수 있게 되어있지만, 실제 이용시 여러 방향으로 유입되는 투숙객의 체크가 구조적으로 될 것 같지 않고, 중앙 출입구에 설치된 이용객 확인용 데스크엔 직원이 자주 자리를 비워 일부 이용객은 조식 이용의 허용 여부 확인 없이 식당을 이용하는 일들이 빈번이 나타나고 있다. 물론 대부분 정직하게 식당을 이용하겠지만, 사전에 조식에 대한 금액을 이용한 이용객입장에선 불편하고, 불합리한 운용 상태로 느껴질 것이다. 3) 오랜전과 다르게 수영장의 1개소는 시설개선으로 슬라이드의 신규 설치가 있다. 3개소의 슬라이드가 있으며, 거의 45도에 가까울 것 같은 슬라이드만 수면과의 착지에 주의를 기울이며 안전하게 이용한다면 거의 기다림 없이 재밌게 이용할 수 있다. 4) 아쉽게도 대부분 수영장의 수질은 그리 좋지 못했다. 비치를 이용한 후 샤워 없이 바로 입수하는 일부 투숙객 들이 수질에 영향을 주는 주요 요소로 보이지만, 수영장 수면으로 곤충, 낙엽, 그리고 유제 성분의 얇은 막이 보이기도 하니 상시 기분 좋게 이용하긴 힘들다. 그나마 시설관리 직원들이 부유물에 대한 제거를 하긴 하지만 수질의 정화 시스템 용량 부족이나 시스템 문제가 있는 것이 아닌가 싶다. 왜냐하면 아침, 저녘 단 한번도 그렇지 않은 상태를 볼 수 없었던 기억만 있으니까. 5) 리조트에서 비치로 이동시 짧은 폭의 횡단이긴 하나 예전엔 리조트 가드가 있어 투숙객의 이동시 안전 확보에 도움이 되었다면 이젠 더 이상 그런 도움은 받을 수 없는 것 같다. 더구나 지금의 그 도로는 예전의 그 한가로운 도로가 아니며, 많은 수의 차량 등이 거의 질주하는 상태이기에 더 아쉬운 부분이다. 아울러 그렇기에 외부에서 리조트로 들어오는 인원에 대한 기본 적인 확인이 이루어 지지 않는다. 이는 비치에서 리조트로 들어오려는 외부인원이 바로 수영장과 슬라이드를 제약 없이 이용할 수 있다는 문제를 발생하게 된다. 6) 리조트 주변에 있던 많은 수의 식당 들은 사라지거나, 유지되었더라도 예전처럼 저렴하지도, 그렇다고 오른 가격 대비 음식의 품질과 양이 보장되지 않는다. 너무 많은 관광객들로 저녘 시간이면 자리조차 바로 보장되지 않은 상태이다. 7) 그럼에도 아름다운 리조트임에는 부정할 수 없다. 어서 안정된 운영으로 다시 찾고 싶은 곳이 되었으면 하고 바란다.

We stayed here for one night before moving on to another property. The room was very tired. My daughter had a roll away bed which was so u comfortable she was unable to sleep in it. The beds are very hard as to are the pillows. The service did not live up to the hotel rating at all. Breakfast was very mediocre. The surface around the pool is so sharp and hard on your feet.
