But there was a smell from the drain in the room that we never got rid off. Some days you also found that smell in the reception and other places. However, behind the mirror,I could see a thick layer of dust. Hence I minus one mark for cleanliness. Location is convenient to Karon beach, Karon avenue and several rows of shops such as massage parlours and Indian restaurants. There's also a Watsons nearby and the Karon night market which is open on Tues and Fri. Staff are friendly too. I do wish, there was a small clock in the room though.
