This is upperclass Thailand at its best. The price was well worth the experience. My kids and wife loved it. We had no need to leave the premises whatsoever. Great staff, amazing room. The beds were as comfortable as your gonna get in thailand. Amazing food. Phenomenal views. Would recommend it and would stay here again in the future.

Kata for sure is a great hotel. Staff were amazing But they became very stingy with extra charges for my daughter even though the huge suite that I reserved was for three people. I didn’t like the way they managed our situation even though I mentioned this is my 30th anniversary and try to make fine for us. This issue really bothered us.

Overpriced, Underwhelming, and Not Worth It Our experience at Kata Rocks was nothing short of a disappointment and a complete scam. We decided to try their Christmas menu, expecting a festive and indulgent meal. Instead, we were served ridiculously small portions that wouldn’t even satisfy a child. For the price we paid, it was outright robbery—nothing special, nothing memorable, just an overpriced, underwhelming excuse for a holiday dinner. As if the dining experience wasn’t bad enough, the rooms were disgusting—dirty floors, and an overall feeling of neglect that made it hard to believe this place claims to be a luxury resort. The cleanliness standards were unacceptable, making it clear that management prioritizes aesthetics over actual hospitality. And speaking of aesthetics, the forced French influence throughout the resort is completely misplaced. This is Thailand, and guests come here to experience authentic Thai culture, design, and hospitality—not some out-of-place European concept that feels forced and completely disconnected from the location. The owner needs to read the room (literally) and embrace the beauty of Thai heritage instead of imposing an unnecessary theme that no one asked for. Save yourself the money and frustration—there are far better resorts in Phuket that actually deliver on their promises. Kata Rocks is all hype and no substance. Avoid.

Séjour exceptionnel

Cet hotel est un des plus beau de la region. Il est niché à part du tumulte des villes touristiques alentours ce qui en fait un havre de paix et de repos. Les maisons sont très bien équipé et vous permettent d’être autonomes avec suffisamment d’espace. Le gros plus la piscine privée qui permet de rester a l’écart des touristes. Le service est impeccable. Tout est organisable sur place avec le personnel de l’hôtel. Le restaurant est excellent pour un tarif raisonnable. Nous avons quasiment toujours mangé sur place ou livré dans la villa. Aucune mauvaise surprise a kata rock!

너무 아름답고 깨끗하고 편안한 풀빌라!

주방도있고 세탁기, 냉장고, 냉동고, 식기세척기,전자렌지겸 오븐 모두 지멘스 브랜드로 잘 구비되어 있어서 유용하게 사용했어요. 6살 아이랑 임산부, 아빠 셋이서 이용했는데 편안하고 위생적이라 좋았아요. 무엇보다 뷰가 너무 아름답고, 빌라 인테리어도 세련되서 사진도 예쁘게 나와요. 수영장도 매일 깨끗하게 유지해주셔서 좋았고, 풀에서 약품냄새도 많이 나지 않아서 아이와 이용하기에 좋았습니다. 다음에도 또 방문 할거에요.

Lovely staff in a luxury resort. The only downside was a there was a party next door and we received no sleep. After visits from the hotel staff, I ended up screaming at the guests at 4.30 am and by 5.30 the music and shouting finally stopped. All we got was sorry from the staff and will report to the manager. We never heard from the manager.

This is one of the most beautiful hotels to stay at in Phuket and definitely the best one on the southern end of the island. It's location is also very convenient to restaurants and to make your stay even more convenient they'll drive you in their golf carts right from your villa to the main road where the restaurants and shops are and when you're done they'll come back and pick you up. I've stayed in many 5 star hotels around the world and their service level exceeded my expectations. They constantly went above and beyond to ensure our stay was memorable.

Good service at Kata Rocks

Service was v good except that the buggy service could be v slow even though the resort is v small. Not much to do apart from a gym and spa. The local area is v basic. Whilst price is many times cheaper than the resort the service and quality is also miles apart. Room Service is reasonable. Breakfast is basic. The main problem is mosquito. I don’t normally had problem but this time I was affected seriously.

1番奥の部屋に通された。 1泊10万円以上でしたが隣の施設の樹木やら建物で陽は当たらない。 この点は予約時にリクエストをした方が良いと思う。 優れている点は、iPadなどの音響システムは秀逸だった。 また施設に高低差があるのでバギー移動が必須だが、リクエストすれば数分と待たずに迎えに来てくれる。 1番奥の部屋に通される可能性があるなら、値段の変わらないメゾネットタイプを予約する事をオススメする。

唔值呢個價錢，服務好一般，連 welcome drink 都無杯。出出入入需要坐 buggy car，開多架車都懶，要三個客人逼喺後座（仲有一個就坐司機隔離）。Restaurant & bar 出品唔錯，但部分職員講嘢態度語氣好倔，無乜禮貌。Resort 個景同硬件係幾靚，但未至於好 impressive，配套就三四星級。
