The property was very quiet even though it is on a main street. However it is set a long way back so in our room there was no traffic noise. Breakfast offered a good selection of foods but some different cereal would have been nice not just the same 2 choice every day. The breakfast room was VERY HOT. There was no a/c and sometimes the fans were not on. Our room was very clean and modern with quite a large bathroom with a bath and walk in shower ie no glass door which was great. We had to remind housekeeping to clean our room twice in a 6 day stay which was not good. Also the Front Desk staff were, at times, rather abrupt in their interactions with us. I know they were busy but not always. The free shsuttle to and from the beach was very handy. It's aboiut a 10 - 12 minute walk to the start of the main beach area. There are plenty of restaurants nearby.

Beautiful area and the garden villa was fantastic - large, clean, very nice. The central pool area was also amazing, however is not suitable for noisy children. The menu and bar are fine - not too expensive. When I first booked this villa, I made a mistake in the booking - we contacted the hotel immediately and they refused to allow us to cancel that booking and rebook with the amendment - this is extremely poor service - shows no trust for the customer - so be very careful when booking or trying to make changes with them. Likewise when renting the scooter, I was short 250 baht for the day hire (about 10 dollars) after paying 1000 baht deposit and they refused to put it on the room tab, or allow me to pay later in the day, or to use my credit card - i had to go out and find an ATM so I could pay them cash immediately - again this is terrible customer service, particularly from the motorbike/taxi hire guy. The welcome/reception staff, although nice, did not really give us any information about the facilities, such as where the gym was etc. Customer service needs to be improved here, so people can enjoy the villas to their full potential. Also, the wifi constantly dropped out which was frustrating.

Slitet pÄ sina stÀllen men bra restaurang och bra priser. Underbart med pool access frÄn altanen frÄn alla rum. Ingen mini bar men ett riktigt kyl/frys skÄp. Trevlig personal men inte lika översvallande som jag Àr van.Shutle bussar till beachen nÀstan varje timme. DÄ vi var tvunga att lÀmna hotellet 03.00 sÄ fick vi en frukost lÄda som var helt ok.Ett allvarligt problem som vi upplevde var att det blir glas halt i toaletten nÀr det Àr vatten pÄ golvet.

Dont book.

The place is undergoing a heavy reconstruction on half of the area. So a bit noisy. The rest ,where we lived is in bad need of a total makeover too. Craxks in everything, broken wok on sundeck, broken tiles, sharp and dangerous. Lamps in room broken too. The seats on sunchairs need to b renewed too. Molded and rotten. Staff was friendly, breakfast was as expected and totaly Ok. Easy checkin/out Sorry, but i cannot recomend this to anyone u til the whole hotel is remade and fixed. The pool and areas was infested with catepillars wich fell into pool too. Shirt walk to Kata beach, a bit dangerous due to traffic, but close to familymart and so. If I knew that the Hotel was ungoing this massive renovation I would NEVER have booked. So No recomendation to anyone for this hotel, Until is done

The owner of this hotel has got another new hotel namely Aurico Kata and we have upgrade the package to this hotel. For budgetary limit, Karon villa pool access is a right choice. However if you can spend a little bit more, I highly recommend Aurico Kata.

Hade poolaccess vilket var jÀttefint eftersom poolen Àr vÀldigt liten. Rent och frÀscht pÄ rummet och trevlig personal med en fin rumsservice. DÄligt med solstolar. Lugnt och tyst. Lugnt och fint boende för par och familjer

HotellomrÄdet Àr vackert, lugnt och avkopplande. Det ligger ca 10 min promenad frÄn Kata Beach. Det finns grattis shuttle till stranden varje heltimme om man inte vill gÄ. Det Àr billigare att boka taxi via hotellet Àn ta en vid taxistationen om man vill Äka till Karon eller göra en utflykt. Vi bodde 3 vuxna i en rymlig bungalow (Delux Villa), och det var gott om plats. TyvÀrr lÀt AC:n mycket, sÄ jag behövde öronproppar. Extra sÀngen var stenhÄrd, men jag lyckades fÄ en bÀddmadrass till den. DÄ blev den drÀgligare. De tvÄ ordinarie sÀngarna var ok. Alla tre sÀngarna var queen size. Bungalowen hade ett litet kök och ett rymligt kylskÄp. Ingen köksutrustning, men en vattenkokare. PÄ vÀgen mot stranden finns det mÄnga smÄ, bra och billiga thairestauranger, de Àr betydligt bÀttre Àn de vid den större vÀgen som gÄr parallelt med stranden. Hotellets pool Àr liten, men helt OK för en avkopplande stund. Det finns en bar vid poolen, och det Àr enkelt att bestÀlla dit mat god frÄn hotellets restaurang. Jag testade deras chicken satay, och det var nog den godaste jag Ät pÄ hela semester och jag Ät det pÄ mÄnga stÀllen. Frukosten var underbar. Det fanns fÀrsk frukt, grönsaker, en kock som lagade omelett pÄ bestÀllning och stekte Àgg och pannkakor. Det fanns Àven flera olika varma rÀtter, bÄde thai och europeiska. Kaffet var gott.Gymmet var litet och inte sÄ vÀlutrustat, ett par löpbandan, hyfsat med hantlar, en skrotfÀrdig smithmaskin och nÄgra rangliga maskiner. TyvÀrr inga skivstÀnger.

Perfekt - med enkelt "error"

Fantastisk ophold. Vi valgte at flytte fra patong Beach, da vi gerne ville have mere ro. Det fik vi her. Eneste minus var dog de enormt mange gruppe dag kinesiske turister som desvĂŠrre havde tendens til, at opfĂžre sig som om de ejede det hele (fx bruge vores private terrasse mm). Dette skal dog ikke trĂŠkke hotellet ned da de jo ikke kan gĂžre for det.

Paradise in the far east

I really enjoyed my stay every minute was a delight. The pool was so peaceful and relaxing. I arrived stressed out from life's challenges and it melted away within minutes. The hotel food was great and we really enjoyed the breakfasts.
