Enjoyed our stay!

My wife Renée and I spent our honeymoon at the unit and it was everything that was advertised! Although it was a little rough at first trying to find the unit we did so and got in without an issue and we certainly enjoyed our stay.

Wonderful condo!

Clean and comfortable condo with great ocean view. The wide flat beach is great for long walks. There are grocery stores and restaurants nearby and downtown Fernandina as well. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location

Our first trip to Amelia Island and we had a great stay. The condo is beautifully decorated and well furnished. The condo seems to be newly renovated and very tasteful. Access to the beach is easy and the pool is large enough to accomodate everyone.

Relaxing Time

Overall stay was fantastic, the condo was clean and well stocked. The view was amazing, I spent a lot of time on the balcony watching the waves. Will definitely be back! Thank you again for the great stay.

The outside condo is an older property. Amelia South F4 is so nice. It was exceptionally clean, quiet and had everything you would need for a relaxing vacation. Sitting on the balcony drinking coffee each morning was a highlight. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

Perfect home away from home …

We entered the condo and heard the soft sound of lapping ocean waves. After walking to the deck and admiring the phenomenal view we noted how comfy the patio furniture was. All 3 beds were perfect and we all had the best nights sleep. The pool is easily accessible as well as the path to the beach. It takes about 5 minutes to walk from the front of the condo to the ocean water. We were pleasantly surprised at the size of the crowd at the beach. There was never a crowd and it was well kept and clean. The condo was easy to cool and we all remarked at the cleanliness of the adorable space. Lastly the sofa and sitting furniture was cozy and inviting and we felt right at home. Our favorite morning was when we sat and drank coffee on the patio and saw a family of dolphins. It was almost as if someone had planned the perfect morning experience for us. Thank you for allowing us to create memories that will last us until we book this adorable spot to visit again.

Excellent Stay at Fernandina Beach

We were given the option to stay at this beautiful property after our original property became unavailable (building was under construction and not finished yet!) The unit was so lovely! Beautifully appointed, nicely decorated and super comfortable. The beds were fantastic!! Everything was clean and we immediately felt at home. The location was perfect! It's right across the street from a great little surf lodge and restaurant where we met our friends multiple times for happy hour, appetizers, etc. The balcony overlooks the most beautiful beach! Super easy communication with the hosts, great location to get everywhere on the island. Seamless check in and check out! The only thing I will say is that the rug in front of the sink in the kitchen slides around so be careful! Both my sister in law and I almost ate it a couple of times! HA! Literally everything else was 5star!! Thanks again and we look forward to staying with you again :)

Beautiful stay!

This is a fantastic property! We loved our stay, everything we could need was provided. The unit was exceptionally clean and the view is absolutely amazing. The other thing to mention is the unit is decorated so beautifully we felt like we were in a designer home! The only comment we have is about the noise from the metal pool door. It slams all day and night. The door is the only access to the beach, so a very busy spot. But it did not change our wonderful week, we would definitely go back!!
