« Accueil très familial et sympathique. Séjour très court à la recherche des arbres en fleurs au pied des "Alpes japonaises" mais c'était trop tôt pour les fleurs et en revanche la neige n'était plus là. Lieu pour les amateurs de glisse mais, pour les touristes en quête d'images, il faut interroger juste avant d'y aller. »

« The location can't be beaten. The staff are wonderful and the rooms are clean and comfortable, they're also bigger than other's I've stayed in while in Japan. The complimentary bus to the supermarket is a great added bonus. Also keep an eye out for the troupe of Snow Monkeys that are often in the trees just below the apartment complex on the piste edge. »

« Très proche de la gare de Nagano, nous sommes restés 3 nuits, très bon accueil, nous n'avons pas pris le petit déjeuner proposé par l'hôtel. Service de chambre est impeccable et à 10h ! Cependant, il y avait comme une légère odeur d'égouts dans la chambre quand nous rentrions en fin de journée, pas trop gênant, il suffisait d'aérer un peu. Pour le reste, rien à dire. »
