"First let me just say how amazing Lucy, the host, was even prior to our trip! 11/10. I was travelling with young kids and had read the news and saw there were some updates at the complex that was causing me some anxiety. Lucy was quick to respond. She went as far as to work around my EC schedule to call and chat about the updates. She even sent pictures and video of her walking the property afterwards. She never made me feel like I was a burden when contacting so much ahead of time. Was always quick to respond. When we arrived check in was super easy and smooth. As soon as you open the main door you walk onto a lanai (first of two) that I would have loved to live on. Greeted with gorgeous ocean views. Walked into the unit and the ac was already running so kids couldn’t complain about being too hot . Then you walk onto the second giant lanai and greeted with even bigger and grander ocean views. The kitchen was well stocked and have everything you could ever need—including a rice cooker insta pot various pans and pots plenty of dish ware and glassware for a family of four that includes two kids that use glasses like they’re indispensable. The main bedroom had a view from the bed of the ocean and you could hear the waves at night with the screendoor open. The screen on the main lanai door had a small tear so the kids would keep it closed (keep bugs out). that didn’t stop us from eating out there every meal we could. Sunset views were out of this world. It truly was perfect"
