A gangway leads you from the parking lot level to the unit's 2nd floor which overlooks a protected canyon greenbelt. Relax with a Mai Tai on the lanai above the tree line enjoying the view of the Pacific Ocean while you’re serenaded by a symphony of tropical birds in the plumeria, banana, and coconut trees below. If you’re lucky, you might even catch a glimpse of an albatross gliding on the gentle trade winds or whales spouting below in the shallows. This one bedroom unit his been completely updated from its original 70’s decor. Extra care has been taken with the smallest details. The owners want you to feel as ‘at home’ here on Kauai as they do when they visit from California. The unit boasts a tropical theme, accented by richly upholstered rattan furniture, hardwood deck, and views from every window. The kitchen includes appliances including a radiant cook-top, washer-dryer, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave and toaster oven.
