« Le personnel est toujours prêt à vous aider. La chambre est moderne et carrément connecté. L’entrée de l’hôtel est sur la rue piétonne impériale, ce quartier historique est très beau, le métro est à 300m sortie D. Bon petit déjeuner buffet avec plats chinois , croissants pain, beurre et confiture pour ceux qui mangent pas chinois, il y a aussi des fruits frais, le café est bon. Je recommande cet hôtel. »

Certes ils se sont excusés le lendemain mais parce que j'avais fait un scandale la veille. Le personnel de la conciergerie est parfait, celui des restaurants incertain. »

"Expérience mitigée dans ce Sofitel dont le fameux "rooftop" est réservé uniquement aux abonnés ALL (ce qui n'est aucunement mentionné dans leurs annonces) et mis en avant partout... Le service est quant à lui exécrable (hormis les bagagistes qui sont toujours souriants et prêts à vous aider), sinon on vous force à payer le petit-déjeuner en vous sortant un TPE à 7h du matin alors même que vous avez déjà payé le petit-déjeuner via Hotels.com et ils insistent, vous demandant le cas échéant d'aller voir l'accueil (alors qu'ils ont une ligne directe par téléphone). Le petit-déjeuner avait bien été réglé, mais aucune excuse, on vous place simplement. Très décevant pour un Sofitel, celui-ci n'est pas la hauteur"
