It was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was lovely with plenty western options. It’s connected to a shopping wall and is in an area with lots of dining options and it’s a beautiful walk to west lake. The room itself is okay. It is a bit dated but comfortable. However, I was very disappointed with the concierge and their inability to communicate with English guests as on two occasions, we booked a taxi and showed them the location translated into Chinese and we were dropped at the wrong location.
