In only 15 minutes you can also walk to the West Lake. The location was good, being a short walk from the metro, the pedestrian walking street and West Lake. The check-in clerk was pleasant and efficient. The rooms were and bathroom had enough space to walk around in and it was nice to have a bidet. Regarding cons, it would have been nice if the rooms had a refrigerator and if there was better lighting in the rooms. It was very close to nearby tourist attractions. The hotel no longer has a restaurant/kitchen, Expedia needs to update this info on their website as the hotel no longer provides breakfast on the go. However there are plenty of restaurants and convenient stores close by. The room was spacious, bed was comfortable and shower facilities were satisfactory.
