"The staff was incredibly kind and helpful, the pool and gym were very nice. Quick to switch rooms on request, providing ample water, helping with recommendations, and the breakfast was incredible for the price(plus they allowed take away). Was the equivalent of a 4 or 5 star hotel in America. Truly a great experience. 5m drive to Westlake."

"The place is well-planned and very convenient for everywhere. Breakfast included serves very nice meals and drinks there. Further, please do try the Chinese restaurant located at 37 floor and enjoy the boundless swimming pool and fancy gym facilities at 35 floor. Last but not least, I really like the hotel service. The hotel kindly extended our check-out time. "

"Good location, options for food just outside. Hotel room decor is a little dated but still very clean and comfortable. Restaurant had some vegetarian options which were very welcome. Breakfast was very good, lots of options "

It was somewhat humid, though not hot. The room was overall just slightly less clean than the other one on a different floor. I thought that was odd for its inconsistency in experience."

"It’s clean, facilities and amenities are modern and advance, although not state of the art yet. Staff are friendly. Had difficulty getting to the hotel from the airport as the taxi driver has not heard about the hotel and we spent almost half an hour looking up the directions for him. We could not find any contact number to call the hotel from the website. There’s a wide variety of cafes and eateries, however, most of them only opens at 10am. We could only find 3 open before 10am"

You made us feel really welcome. I would suggest you choose a river view room rather than a mountain view as the building work opposite hinders the view but did not disturb our stay.
