Big, clean room, staff was helpful. Very dog-friendly. Breakfast was decent too. Didn't have time to use the pool or gym. Actual china cups would have been nice in the lobby, room and at breakfast because the disposable cups kind of disintegrate from hot water. Overall, fairly nice hotel for the price.

We enjoyed our one night stay. All of the staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was lovely. Parking was nice and close and lit up well for our evening arrival. Our room was clean and cozy. We all had a wonderfully sleep. We will be back next year and hoefully for a longer stay.

Ash at front desk was very helpful and property is in very good condition. The only negative was the breakfast…potato’s and Canadian bacon were inedible and that’s hard for me to say because I’ll eat just about anything. Plus the egg offering was empty, so that didn’t leave much for hot options. If breakfast is important id maybe try the Townplace across the parking lot. That’s what I’ll try next time.

I usually stay at this hotel because of its convenient location close to Paris. I typically arrive around 4 PM and one of the things I look forward to is taking a dip in the pool after the drive. Unfortunately, this time the pool was extremely cold and clearly not operating properly. There was no sign or notice indicating that the pool was not working, and I was not informed about it at check-in either. Had I known the pool was unavailable or not heated, I would have reconsidered my stay. Since the pool is one of the reasons I choose this hotel, I was quite disappointed that there was no communication about the issue.
