Time Honored Adobe Home - Sweeping Ocean View.

"What a find! I would call this property a rustic adobe tiled structure with super nice bougie touches including high end kitchen and bath remodels. The functional fireplace (with abundant wood and pre set-up in fireplace by owner!) was awesome on a day we needed to rest up in the middle of a vigorous trip 18 day tripHowever the star of this show by far is the view of Carmel Bay and the coastal range mountaintop the property sits on (both day and night views are breathtaking!). Outdoor furniture (including wood table) comfortable. 15 min to Ocean Ave. in Carmel BTS and 20-25 to Monterey Aquarium/Fishermans Wharf makes this property super convenient while still enjoying a very private mountaintop location! I should also mention that both beds were very comfortable. Lou's communication was perfect. My wife and I feel lucky to have found this awesome property. Thx Lou!"

"Amazing house with great communication from the host about every detail, clear labeling and instructions, all new kitchen. Love the artistic decor, furniture, etc. short walk to the beach. Impeccable taste and the Aunt Sophie theme was entertaining and instructive. Highly recommended!"

Stunning Ranch Home with Ocean Views

"The house was more than we could have hoped for, a fabulous home base for our Carmel/Monterey/Big Sur adventures. We had an older family member with some mobility issues and the one-floor living made everything so easy. Even with mobility issues they were able to join the rest of us and enjoy the decks and gorgeous views since the railings were so well placed. It was so relaxing to watch the horses and cattle as they grazed, with the ocean in the background, we could have spent hours out there. We also loved the easy walk/drive to Point Lobos State Park and were happy to find that some of the paths there are ADA compliant and wheelchairs are available so we were all able to enjoy the Nature Reserve. All of that combined with easy access to super markets, shops and restaurants made it a standout vacation for us."
