« Great family house with plenty of room to hang in the kitchen/living room and outdoor areas. It’s definitely getting “rental worn” so some updates to the outdoor furniture and kitchen chairs should be looked into. A WiFi extender should be added to reach the master as well. Cellular service is pretty much unavailable in the area. Very short walk to the beach but we opted to drive to town with a baby, though I imagine it’s walkable as well. The house gets HOT even in 66 weather come late...
