"Our room was not ready at 230pm when we arrived early. We were told we could go to happy hour in the bar and we would get a text when the room was ready. We didn’t get a text and by now it was almost 5 pm. New staff coming in were apologetic. Beautiful hotel. Nice room. Bathroom was ok. We enjoyed our stay."
