« The hotel offers large and comfortable rooms right on the shore of Lake Seneca, at a walking distance from downtown Geneva. There are very nice lake views and access to a beautiful lake promenade. HOWEVER, the lack of staff can be felt throughout the facilities. Our rooms (my party had 3 of them) were never serviced, even though we asked three times to have fresh towels and coffee-making supplies. We had to ask at the desk for towels and supplies, but the promised room service never...

« The location was great and the apartment had everything we needed! Not sure how we missed it in the photos, but the apartment has a huge beautiful bay window. We particularly appreciated the very comfortable living room furniture. It was quiet and peaceful even in the middle of town. Very communicative and helpful host. Highly recommend this spot as a very affordable option. »
