« The hotel offers large and comfortable rooms right on the shore of Lake Seneca, at a walking distance from downtown Geneva. There are very nice lake views and access to a beautiful lake promenade. HOWEVER, the lack of staff can be felt throughout the facilities. Our rooms (my party had 3 of them) were never serviced, even though we asked three times to have fresh towels and coffee-making supplies. We had to ask at the desk for towels and supplies, but the promised room service never...

« I had reserved 1 month ahead of my trip and when I arrived they said all king beds were already taken! How frustrating after driving 5 hours, and on top of that once he gave us another room, he over charged us by double the amount!!
Thankfully in the morning another staff was there to take care of us and fixed the issue for us!
