1. the room we had, had no hot water-R118. I complained and they said that's "as hot as it gets".
As I walked by the front desk, later, I said I will have to complain about having no hot water.
Then when I returned, they got me another room-R411, and it had hot water. so, they lied to me about the hot water in the first room being "as hot as it gets".
2. The toilet had no toilet seat cover, I felt like I was at a gas station. No place to sit in the bathroom, or to dry off, I almost put my foot in the toilet several times, because I am used to putting my foot on the seat, to dry my legs.
3. The elevator was very slow. WHY?
4. I used the swimming pool, is was nice, but there was pieces of rubber floating in the pool. not one or two pieces, but hundreds.
This property is not a 3 star in my opinion, its more like a one star. Really poor quality for a Marriot. I probably will not stay there again.
