"Great location for a stay when you plan to go out and do things. This is not a stay in your room type hotel unless it’s for sleeping or showering. My only critical feedback is I believe this may be a green building, and the AC was not sufficient for DC temperatures. We were able to make it work, but if you need it cool for sleep this may not be the place. Otherwise, the staff was friendly and personable, and it worked for our short 1 night stay."

Only concern some people may have, which was certainly no concern to me, if you are a light steeper and late to rise, outside noise of the city and police activity due to close proximity of the White House may affect you. Highly recommend and will stay again!"
