"Nice downtown hotel."
Stayed for business, very satisfactory. Although having to register to the membership programme to get free wifi seems unnecessary in the modern world where most hotels just provide this. The business centre charges a very high rate by the hour for the Internet (unless you are checking in online with your airline) which is free to go online and print your boarding pass which is a nice touch. On arrival there was a free glass of wine which was also a nice touch on a Friday evening.

"Right on inner harbour"
Rather overpriced. Outside pool closed even when it was hot. It's very small either way. Rediculously small bar for a conference hotel. Melon and bananas served at breakfast were not ripe in anyway. No late checkout. Pretty poor for what is meant to be a top hotel in Baltimore.

"Great hotel and central location to where were!"
Hotel, staff and facilities were awesome. Room was really cool and so were amenities. Very modern, great atmosphere, neat game room, etc. Really like the flooring, not carpet, but wood. Bathroom, shower, etc. was great too and we loved the shampoo, conditioner, body gel and lotion too! Beds were SO comfy and staff were super great! Very modern look, feel and atmosphere. Only would suggest a dimmer light option in the bathroom if doable and in the hotel room/hallway and maybe another chair and desk or table. Only one chair was in the room. Loved the open feel! Great, great hotel!! Suggests that hotel staff have maps available for visitors. The staff were helpful and the bartender very nice too!

"Nice Hotel in Great Harbor East Location"
Overall, a nice hotel and excellent location. However, the overinflated price to stay here is not worth it in my opinion. There are several other hotels in the immediate vicinity that may not have the Four Seasons name, but are certainly much more reasonably priced for Baltimore.

"Location is excellent to Inner Harbor,"
Hotel staff on 1/15/15 was extremely warm, & pleasant. The following morning staff was pleasant. Thereafter the staff had very little personality and was cold and disinterested. Checkout the staff was not pleasant, very cold. The cleaning staff was wonderful and personable each day. The restarant staff was very professional and the food good..
