"Room had an odor, the water was freezing cold at 9pm and didn’t warm up at all, asked for towels and they said we had to wait until morning, breakfast was cool but they couldn’t keep it with the rush, got back from a night out and the key card didn’t work, and lastly we were out of the room by 10am and room service did not replenish anything. "Check in was quick and easy. Staff was friendly and very helpful. The room was spacious and clean. The beds were very comfortable. The only negative to the hotel is parking in front is very limited and difficult to get in and out of. The area is used mainly for drop off or check in with a parking garage available one block away. The parking garage does have reserved spots for hotel guests and your parking is validated by the hotel. "

"The apartment was located in a really great location -- quiet and peaceful but easy to access local restaurants and to get to downtown. Comfortable beds, very quiet, very clean -- lots of thoughtful touches. Wouldn't hesitate to book again!"
