"I found this hotel to be in less than average condition. The rooms were clean, but in poor repair. My first night was in a room that had a broken window that would not latch, ripped curtains, and peeling paint. The second room I had was also needing an refresh as had a slight smoke smell to it. Again, peeling paint, ripped shower curtain, wallpaper coming off the walls. The staff were wonderful in changing my rooms as requested and offering to help my stay more comfortable. Beds were comfortable. Hotel is on a very busy and loud street - not for light sleepers!"

"Totally fine. Staff was helpful when we asked to switch rooms to be away from the elevator, which was much appreciated. Gym was small but serviceable. Breakfast was not worth the price, but there are other options around. "
