The front desk staff were super nice and understanding
Fastest check in I have ever had at a hotel. Room was great.
Parking lot is underground and is secure. Renovated rooms. Central location. Good room price. Full service hotel.
I liked the space of the bathroom and the room, made it easy to get around in my wheelchair 😊👍 the only thing I found is I found it a bit noisy with the fans. I shut the fan off in my room, but could still hear them from the hallway. But overall it was a good stay & I will definitely stay there ...
Only thing I didn’t like was having to wait at the front desk for about 10 mins before someone came to help me with my room keys but other than that it was great and will return/try another location
The best place to stay in Edmonton. Great staff and very well maintained
Great staff! Great location! Close to amenities. Close walk to University of Alberta campus.
All of the Attendants at breakfast go above and beyond for Guests. Also, the housekeeping Manager, Gerald is amazing. I needed an extra bathmat and he brought 3 along with extra items for the bathroom. I enjoyed this area because it full of places(banks, eateries and public transportation). Red Arrow ...
very nice and clean! Except for the noise on Whyte Ave, but I guess not a big issue.
