Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war etwas schwierig (zumindest über das Portal), der Kontakt mit seiner vor Ort im Haus lebenden Schwester war jedoch sehr gut. Der Pool war zwar sehr kalt (18-19 Grad), aber eine willkommene Abkühlung! Wir haben uns dank des Wetters nahezu ausschließlich draußen aufgehalten, was mit drei kleinen Kindern wunderbar war. "A very uniqe old house but inside the bathrooms and kitchen are renovated. The apartment is clean and spacious. The owner is nice and check in is easy. The little town has more than a thousand history. The only complain I have was there is no WIFI, the hotspot the owner provided was very slow and not possible to login."

"We really enjoyed the peaceful quiet & the view from our deck was phenomenal, loved hearing the cow bells in the morning & in the evening. The water that was running constantly from the spouts in Ernen was so good & cold! Our accommodations was really nice & clean & we have to thank our host for allowing us to stay an extra day @ a reasonable price, we enjoyed the place so much we weren’t ready to leave, thank you Nicole, we hope to return again."

"The accommodation was satisfactory but looking out onto a very nearby wall, the room was gloomy and dark. All accommodation in Grindelwald is very expensive and this was priced at the low budget end. Seems if you want a room with half-decent view you have to pay a lot more."

"Wir waren mit Freunden für 4 Nächte in dem Häuschen untergebracht und waren alle begeistert. Das Haus ist sehr schön dekoriert, sauber und mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Wenn etwas nicht vorhanden ist kann alles in Locarno (10km bergab) gekauft werden. Ascona ist auch eine sehenswerte Stadt die man unbedingt besuchen muss, wenn man dort ist. Am "Hausberg" gibt es tolle Wanderwege die zu wunderschönen Aussichtsplattformen führen (im Haus gibt es Wander-/Fahrradkarten). Wir wussten einmal...

"Ein Dankeschön an den super netten Vermieter! Die Unterkunft war super, es war alles da zum Wohlfühlen in einer Ferienunterkunft !!!! Besonders hervorzuheben ist die moderne Küche, mit vielen Extras ausgestattet. Uns haben die tollen Bildbände zur Geschichte der Region und das viele Info-Material mit Ausflug-Tipps gefallen. Sehr zu empfehlen !!! "

"Very beautiful property with stunning views all around. The apartment was just as it was listed and very clean. Ines was kind enough to pick us up at a small parking area close by, because our car was unable to go up the hill, as it had just snowed. We were able to walk down to our car to drive a very short distance to a local restaurant. Waking up to a gorgeous view of the Alps was magical! Would definitely return!"
