The breakfast has the most options to choose from and I am missing it already. The only one downside that could be improved is the shower is weak and the hot water is kind of inconsistent. But I found it quite a typical problem in swiss hotel in general. But overall highly recommend! Just look at my photos. My wife and I loved this quaint hotel. Doesn’t have a lot of bells and whistles like a 5 star resort (no pool, no ice machine, no fridge but they have a wonderful breakfast in the most beautiful setting & the room we stayed in (34) was perfect for us. The staff was so warm and helpful and we just loved the history and the fresh flowers adorning the outside of the hotel. The room was charming and very clean with a balcony looking toward the beautiful Alps!! We were welcomed by the owners and provided with helpful tips on how to experience the Alps from Grindlewald.
