I even complained to front desk. Had to chase down maids for toilet paper, clean towels. Requested they clean room and change sheets when we were gone for the day, came back and nothing was done. We were there for 9 days and terrible service. Elevator went down and they didn’t even put a notice on it. We were on the third floor and my husband is disabled so I called the office and they said because it was a weekend they couldn’t get it repaired until Monday, I requested they move us to a ground floor and they refused. I finally had to site the ADA federal laws. It was fixed that night but they never notified us. This place is run down and all I ever heard was that employees were quitting and they didn’t have enough help.
