I will say that you can hear a lot of noise through the walls whether it’s doors closing or people walking around. We were also pretty shocked that there was a $35 mandatory valet parking fee for a resort that already is quite pricey. We weren’t expecting the $35 fee a day for parking also their website has different amenities and experiences you can book. I booked a clear kayak only to find out they no longer have clear kayak rentals there. The staff was very friendly and helped me get a refund. I also booked a chimney experience. However, we were walking around the resort, trying to find it only to realize it hadn’t been set up yet at the time that was requested. Once again the staff was very friendly and helped accommodate us to get the experience started. Their beach is beautiful however you’re not allowed to swim or kayak or paddle board outside of their roped off area which was pretty small overall this was a good hotel. I just think that there is room for improvement to make it feel like a luxury resort, especially for the luxury price.
