"First off, the good, when we reached the property the front staff was very nice and helpful. They do have 24 hour service for anything that you need. Now for the bad, when me and my wife came back from dinner, there was a small roach on the bed, then we say live roaches in the kitchen and a few dead ones. I told them and they give me another room. The other room was right next to the original and when I went in the kitchen there were roaches in there also. I went back to the office and told them to give me another room on the opposite end of the building, since I wouldn't be able to find another hotel under short notice. The third room that was given also had roaches but we didnt see until we were checking out. Additionally, Some rooms have safes, not all the lights work, as well as the tvs. I know this because in one night I went to 3 rooms in one night. The linen is old and has many types of stains (pee, make up, bleach, tears)."
