"Loved this property it is undergoing renovations but was not a problem , the elevators stopped working but they were under repair also . The property was nice had kayaks , paddle boarding and canoes which was nice and the pool was great . The Breakfast was really nice and the staff were Amazing !!! Erta was a Gem !!! Would Definitely recommend !!!"

"Everything was fine untill it wasn't. The bathroom my The pool was flooding out feces and urine all afternoon and night into and around the pool area and sidewalk and no one cares untill I said something. Its unsanitary! It never was sanitized or cleaned properly just hosed off. You can tell they've been having plumbing issues and tried to keep it under bay untill it had a catastrophic leak. They shut the water off the the entire property in the middle of night into morning of checking out and we wouldn't pee poop or brush teeth or shower. All they offered was a 150 dollar resort fee credit. Its illegal and unsanitary and will be calling health dept. Should have refunded me the last night not just the resort fee. Smelled like urine all night in our room."
