Not a problem for us but there is no lift/elevator, they offered to take our bags to our room which was on the top floor (UK 2nd/US 3rd). Self serve breakfast provided which was great - plenty of options; fresh fruit, yoghurts, bagels, juice, cereal, pastries. Chilled bottled water available all day.
