« L'hotel est absolument magnifique et confortable et d'une propreté remarquable ! Seulement, dès notre arrivée, le système informatique ne fonctionnait pas, impossible de nous fournir une clé (cela peut arriver !), le réceptionniste me rejoint près de l ascenseur car il doit ouvrir plusieurs chambre en même temps, accueillir les arrivants...... "Le personnel est agréable, cependant nous prenons une chambre pour deux personnes et tout est pour 1 personne.. la douche éclabousse dans toute la salle de bain. Il est écrit island view sur la reservation et j’ai une vue sur une cours extérieure. Mieux en photo qu’en vrai, c’est dommage pour le prix."

"L'hotel est absolument magnifique et confortable et d'une propreté remarquable ! Seulement, dès notre arrivée, le système informatique ne fonctionnait pas, impossible de nous fournir une clé (cela peut arriver !), le réceptionniste me rejoint près de l ascenseur car il doit ouvrir plusieurs chambre en même temps, accueillir les arrivants...... Il m'ouvre la porte de ma chambre.....elle est occupée, une dame sort en ce demandant des explications, il l'a visiblement reveillée de sa sieste. Il lui répond a peine et ne s'excuse pas....et repart pour nous trouver une autre chambre. Nous ne récupérerons notre clef qu en fin de soirée. Nous avons quand même profité des différentes piscines ( très agréable) mais pendant tout le séjour, le restaurant sont restés fermés. Nous nous sommes rendus dans le bar secondaire près d'une autre piscine, l'odeur était parfaitement immonde, liée à une bouche d'égout qui donne sur la mer. Mon mari attend 1/4 d'heure pour des boissons qui arriveront jamais. Deuxième jour, le ménage est fait dans notre chambre de manière très efficace ! Mais le housekeeping a oublié de remettre des serviettes de toilettes. Le Spa était également ferme pendant tous le séjour. Surprise finale lors du check out......les taxes cachées.....hôtels.com m'annoncait 67€ de taxes sur place......a ce jour, 111$ + 61$ sont prélevés sur mon compte ! Ce n'était pas vraiment prévu ! Donc le lieu est absolument merveilleux ! Mais il y a un problème de staff et de taxes ! "

"Nous n’avons pas utilisé le service de déjeuner. Nous avons pris un repas salade mais c’est assez dispendieux. Par contre, il y a un Publix à moins de 2 km. Le stationnement était bien éclairé et sécuritaire. J’y retournerais sans hésiter"
