Downsides are the living room pull out couch is peeling and leaves a mess everywhere. The masterbath smells funky, probably needs a new fan. Warning there is a crazy property owner in condo 9 who hates VRBO stays and parked in front of our car and berated us for parking in the wrong spot, even thought there was parking available so we were unable to leave.
