"I decided to treat myself to a one night stay at Paradise City at the end of my trip. Some of the reviews regarding the service and attitude from the staff made me worried, but I only experienced great service while I was there. The resort is nicely decorated and very large, with a lot of options for food/drinks as well as shopping and entertainment. Airport shuttle service is also available. However, the counter at the airport specifically has a sign to request that no questions be asked there...

"It’s at the airport, so there isn’t much around the propert, but there is a restaurant with delicious food, a bar and a convenience store inside!! The staff weee so friendly and welcoming and the room was amazing!!! Convenient location to Incheon Airport and there have shuttle busses that will take you to either Terminal, for FREE!! I recommend this hotel and will stay here next time I visit Korea. "
