« Nous avions deux chambres. Mauvaises odeurs dans les chambres. Dans la notre la climatisation faisait un bruit horrible et fuyait, le tapis tout mouillé. Pas de papier toilette après nettoyage de la chambre, il faut réclamer pour qu'on remette de l'eau dans le frigo. Serviettes très abîmées, pas digne de cette catégorie d'hôtel. Lit pas très confortable. Il a fallu que j'achète deux bonnets de bains pour que les filles puissent nager. La salle de sport est bien. La piscine est bien. Le parking...

« L’hôtel est très bien situé, à quelques pas du métro et au cœur du quartier Gangnam. Il est moderne, propre et confortable. Dommage que la "vue village" se résume à une toute petite fenêtre de côté. Nous avons été déçues de l'accueil reçu au bar du Rooftop : on nous a refusé à 2 reprises des verres pour boire notre bière sous prétexte qu'elle était en bouteille et que les verres étaient réservés pour le service ... Surprenant pour un hôtel de cette catégorie. Donc bière bue au goulot. »

"Nous avions deux chambres. Mauvaises odeurs dans les chambres. Dans la notre la climatisation faisait un bruit horrible et fuyait, le tapis tout mouillé. Pas de papier toilette après nettoyage de la chambre, il faut réclamer pour qu'on remette de l'eau dans le frigo. Serviettes très abîmées, pas digne de cette catégorie d'hôtel. Lit pas très confortable. Il a fallu que j'achète deux bonnets de bains pour que les filles puissent nager. La salle de sport est bien. La piscine est bien. Le parking gratuit."
