« After-hours check-in via kiosk can be confusing, unless you know your unique check-in code. I was never given the code so I called the motel’s # upon arrival, and, unbeknownst to us, there was a guy sleeping at the check-in counter (but with the shade pulled down so it looks as though they’re closed). He checked us in and gave us the receipt that printed out with the room #, but bc the previous guest who checked in didn’t claim his receipt, we ended up going to the wrong room and trying to...
