The weekend staff were totally incompetent, we booked an accessible roombut when we arrived it was not available, i told the staff the room had to be close to the elevator, the idiot but us down at the end of the floor. We asked to be relocated but they would not, we were finally relocated the next.day. we asked to be compensated but they would not. This place is a joke.

The room initially assigned was smelling like somebody smoked inside and wasn't cleaned properly. Very limited breakfast - no banana, mo eggs, watery milk!

The hotel is very dated and somewhat run down. The rooms were clean enough though could definitely use some brightening up and updated decor. The breakfast was decent with coffee, toast, bagels, yogurt etc. and the hotel is close to highway and the city for shopping and restaurants.

We had booked an accessible room, when we arrived the heat/cold was not working, ww notified thw staff but nothing could be done. Moved us into another roo. Which was not accessible, this was the only option, then in this room we could not co trol the thermostat it was i1 degrees ans could not be turned down, only shut off. What a joke, the staff tried to help but failed.
