Perfect Girls weekend!
The house was perfect for a girls stay! Super close to town, like 5 min. It was a perfect location . Owner was super responsive . The only thing that wasn’t stocked well, was hand & dish towels and face cloths. I would recommend to bring hand towels and face cloths. There was only one dish towel and no hand towels so we had to use face cloths to dry hands. But all in all, we would come back for another stay. They were VERY well stocked with wood for the fireplace and place was very clean.

Ideal for our large family!
This well put together place was country private but easy to get to and a short couple of miles from town. Great comfortable spaces inside for our whole group and cozy private spaces perfect for reading and a kid who needed to work on online college courses. We used the fire pit every night and we were grateful for the abundance of firewood that was available. The coffee bar was well stocked and what a great large porch! Felt like home, we’d definitely stay again.

Great get away stay!
My family and my friends stayed at this house for a birthday get away. This house is beautiful. It was clean, tech savy, tastefully decorated. The porch and fire pit were awesome. The owners were available by text through Vrbo for questions. Only took 5 minutes or so by car to get into Ellicottville. Highly recommend this property. Plus with 4 beds, 3 queen, 1 king; a trundle which is perfect for 2 kids, and several couches, there's room for everyone. Worked perfectly for my group.

Perfect winter getaway
We had a wonderful stay at this well appointed cabin surrounded by trees and streams. The cabin was well stocked with everything you need for a relaxing family vacation but close enough to town if you want to hit the shops and many restaurants Ellicottville has to offer. The modern furnishings and cozy fireplace were perfect after a day on the slopes. We look forward to returning in the summer and hope to rebook this lovely home!
