"The location is great. But there’s an on going construction. Elevator was not functioning. I could not get any rest with the door leading to the stairs constantly slamming and construction starting at 8am. "

"This time, I stayed in the Blue Room, which shares two bathrooms, a well-stocked kitchen, and living space with 2 other bedrooms. I wasn't sure what to expect, but it turned out to be fine. I only encountered one other guest during my overnight stay and it was very quiet (with the exception of typical urban noise outside, which doesn't bother me at all). My only complaint was the bedroom door - there's a deadbolt AND a chain lock, but there's a small gap between the door and the side jamb that felt a little weird to me. I got over it, though :) Also, be forewarned that this is on the third floor of the home and the stairs might be too steep for some. If you don't take advantage of the free breakfast next door, do yourself a favor and walk across Cornelia to the Roggenart bakery. Absolutely divine!"

"A very nice pick. Not like a typical modern style hotel. This one had a grate comfortable vibe with grate staff. The restaurant is actually amazing and everyone that I interacted with there was so amazing. Genuinely some of the best customer experience I’ve ever received!"

"I forgot an art print here in my room. $50 Print. A normal hotel you could call somebody because housekeeping would turn it into lost and found. With this place, the email for customer service returns as doesn’t exist. The phone number direct you to the website which has no way to talk to anybody. So because they have absolutely no contact with their customers, I am out of $50 art print from my vacation. And that absolutely sucks. It was a small but acceptable room for what you pay. But the lack of customer service and how I’m losing a very memorable item from an otherwise great vacation because they have no way to figure out problems with their customers is inexcusable. They avoid contact and you wonder why they need that lack of accountability."
