"Great for families! We booked a Superior Deluxe room for 2 adults and 2 kids but we were upgraded to an executive suite on arrival free of charge. This meant we didn’t have to pay the £12 parking charge and you get a complimentary drink each. The staff were all amazing, very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and very large. "This is a nice hotel overall. The bed was comfortable, and the room was clean. There was no desk, microwave, or a true refrigerator. There was plenty of hot water. Our biggest complaint was our room was hot and there is no air conditioning. We did open the windows and that help some. The restaurant and bar have the same menu. There are not a lot of selections and there are no other restaurants nearby. "
