The property is on North St so close to the Old Course for golfers and within easy walking distance of the beach and shops and there is a very pleasant walled garden at the back. First of all the extremely unpleasant smell of fried food which permeated the property from the moment we walked in to the entrance hall and extending up to our bedroom and bedroom.
