Very convenient location for a weekend in Edinburgh! We arrived early and made use of the luggage storage down the stairs after getting off the train. It was easy to head out and see the town before coming back in. The room itself was amazing! So spacious and it smelled lovely! Very comfortable bed and nice kitchen. We loved how many amazing food options were right around the block. Lots of transit options nearby as well. We would love to come back someday!

The location is fair as it is around 6 mins walk to the nearest bus station. It’s not far from the town centre.
The room is in general clean but there is a little stain in bathroom.
Overall the value for money is not great.
