5/5 Excellent
"Great location in midtown—for Metro use, walking to attractions of the city or for getting there on public transport, especially if you’re going to the theater. Hotel itself is just the coolest, historic Deco building, and it offers 3 excellent dining spots inside. "

"The room was spacious. The staff were lovely (they actually checked on us because our "do not disturb" sign was up for several dates. They went above and beyond to make sure that we had what we needed and stayed safe"

"Only problem was the number of vendors directly outside the property - perhaps a Hotel presence on the outside entrance might reduce the overwhelming 'selling' as soon as you leave the hotel?"
A verified traveller stayed at Hyatt Grand Central New York
"Very conveniently located. The metro is just a minutes walk away. A lot of shopping and food nearby. Being close to everything means the area outside is crowded with people and i didn't like the cigarette and weed smoke. Not that the hotel can do anything about that."
A verified traveller stayed at Sheraton New York Times Square Hotel
"The staff was great and we always enjoy staying here, but one of my favorite thungs is that thr hotel has doors on 44th and 45th, which saves some walking time depending on where you're going. "
