"Our hosts helped carry our luggage up the (rather steep) stairs, and were very amicable and approachable after. I think we were among the first guests for this property - at least, it seemed so. Some trivial amenities were not present - a few K-cups for the coffee would've been nice, salt & pepper weren't stocked. "We wanted to do something different so we stayed in Ontario and worked our way down to Westfield NY to watch the eclipse- the house was amazing- super easy check in process- house was so clean and cozy and had all the amenities you could ask for - and places to eat - bunch of choices all in walking distances the host was extremely helpful and attentive as far as communication goes we use VRBO often so we will definitely stay there again and recommend it to all of our friends"

"Place was newly built but was not very clean floor sticky shower very very full of long black hair fridge dirty inside and out missing bottom glass in fridge Tried to preheat oven to make a pizza and the smoke detector went of because so much stuff was left spilt in the oven couldn’t even cook pizza or it would have been smoked out All that aside the worst thing was whatever the tenants upstairs cooked 2 times in our 6 day stay was very nasty was making us sick we had to go buy air fresheners...
